Tohatsu offers a variety of Propeller Hardware Kits to keep your outboard running at peak performance.

Plastic Fuel Tank
:

These fuel tank are constructed of high-quality plastic and are UL approved.

Fuel tanks are available in 25 liter (6.6 U.S. gallon) and 12 liter (3.1  U.S. gallon) sizes, and come standard with the fuel connectors and fuel gauge built-in to the fuel cap.

Fuel Lines:

Long life hose has quick connect type fitting on tank and engine end. Includes built in primer bulb.

Replacement Filters:

Tohatsu offers a variety of replacement fuel, air and oil filters to keep your outboard running at peak performance.

Water Pump Repair Kits:

Water Pump Repair Kits include all necessary parts for replacement of your water pump. Chrome plated water pump repair kits are also available.

Alternator Kit


These Alternator Kits are used to provide 12V power for manual start models. Supplies AC current which requires either a regulator for lighting or charging rectifier kit for DC battery charging. Kit includes an alternator, screws and clamp for mounting under flywheel assembly.
