Please call us for a Return Authorization (RA) number for ALL RETURNS.
- Defective merchandise will be replaced at no additional charge to you once we have received the defective merchandise back. This Also applies to merchandise shipped in error.
- Merchandise ordered incorrectly (except electrical or electrical parts) may be returned (with RA number) if unused and in original packaging. There is a 20% restocking fee less shipping costs for refunds or a full in-store credit less shipping costs.
